Shipping
Please note that all of our T-shirts are made to order. T-shirts are typically packaged and dispatched within 5-10 business days. Deliveries within Germany typically take no longer than 14 business days. All other destinations within Europe may vary - please contact us for a delivery estimation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Keep in mind every T-shirt is hand-embellished with a tonal logo, which takes time. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route.

Returns on damaged or lost products
Please note that all of our T-shirts are made to order, we don't offer refunds or returns for T-shirts. Measurements can be found on the product page. Please consider carefully the size you order, our T-shirts are meant to fit oversized. Contact us via the contact form for any inquiries regarding our sizing. All sales are final. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged Product, please contact us via the contact form within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will typically replace the product, free of cost.

Quality Disclosure
We work together with a local printer to offer you the best possible quality of cotton and print. After we receive the printed T-shirt it is closely inspected and embellished before sending it to you. Please read our washing instructions on the product page carefully to prevent prints from fading and the embroidery from falling off.

Environmental policy
Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.

Shipping
We provide Europe-wide shipping for all prints and framed artworks. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution. Print orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days. Thereafter, they typically arrive within 1-4 business days - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will do our best to replace the print, free of cost.

Original illustrations are packaged and dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route.

Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of not receiving your illustration or if the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will do our best to resolve the problem the best way possible.

Quality Disclosure
All illustrations are hand drawn, signed by the artist and unframed. Original artworks are reviewed, cleaned up to a high standard and fixed using a high quality translucent fixative. Due to the nature of the artwork being created by hand occasionally some illustrations may contain tiny imperfections such as pencil marks or rubbings out. These little details are considered part of the authenticity of the original and will not considered as damage. In the rare occasion a damaged illustration is advertised for purchase this will be disclosed explicitly with a clear description.
